The idea behind bodyGoal was to create a body-shaping app that wasn't just another exercise app but one that designed routines specifically with the user's shape, size and bodyGoal in mind.

With an easy UX in mind, the first time through the app bodyGoal quickly collects some pertinent facts from the user: BMI, weight,
access to weights and the user's ultimate bodyGoal, and then sets off to make the unique routine for the user. The user can then set how many routines they wish to do a week, bookmark favorite routines, and even brag to friends via social media.

The mission of bodyGoal wasn't just to create an exercise app, it was to help people reach attainable goals with their unique bodies. And to have as much fun as possible doing it.
